Science-backed Foundation

My work is informed by well-established, science-backed approaches to behavior change and human flourishing, including Positive Psychology, Flow, Motivational Interviewing, and the Transtheoretical Model of Change.

These frameworks share a core insight: lasting change doesn’t come from external pressure. It comes from inner strengths, self-determination, and environments that support the person you’re becoming.

Systems-Design Perspective

What I add to this foundation is a systems-design perspective — the practice of looking at a client’s life as an interconnected system and designing the structures, routines, and decision patterns that make sustainable behavior change the natural outcome.

What I Bring to This Work

I’m not a typical health coach. My path here was unusual, and that’s part of what informs my coaching style.

Systems Thinking

20 years as a business consultant in the wellness industry, helping entrepreneurs design systems & processes that allowed them to thrive without burning out. I bring that same lens to health coaching.

Scientific Rigor

A deep respect for science and a deep dislike for oversimplification. I studied biology and psychology at the University of Vienna and earned a certificate in Nutrition Science from Stanford University.

Coaching Expertise

Trained as an integrative nutrition health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Board certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (December 2025).

Lived Experience

My own prediabetes journey taught me that plans aren’t enough — you need infrastructure. That insight shapes every aspect of how I coach today.
